1. General
Service KLIKCLOUD.RU ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
A library of files (firmware, BIOS/UEFI, drivers, utilities, documentation) for diagnostics/recovery/repair.
3. Accounts
Registration may be required. You are responsible for account security.
4. Payment and Access
The service offers both paid and free files. To access paid files and folders, payment is required. After successful payment, access is granted automatically and becomes available in the "My Purchases" section.
5. Payment Provider
Payment processing is handled through the YooKassa payment provider. Available payment methods depend on the provider's settings and may include bank cards, e-wallets, and other methods.
6. Receipts
In accordance with legal requirements (54-FZ), after payment, an electronic receipt is sent according to YooKassa and online cash register rules to the email or phone number provided during payment.
7. Acceptable Use
Prohibited:
- Illegal purposes
- Malware
- Infringement of third-party rights
- Attempts to hack/disrupt the service
8. Intellectual Property & Takedown
Rights to materials belong to rights holders. Removal request: /takedown
9. Disclaimer
Files are provided "as is", without warranties of compatibility/accuracy/security.
10. Limitation of Liability
No liability for damage, data loss, equipment damage, consequences of file usage.
11. Content Removal
The Service may restrict access/remove content based on complaints or at its discretion.
