1. What We Sell
KLIKCLOUD.RU service sells access to download digital files and folders.
2. How Access is Provided
After successful payment, access is granted automatically and becomes available in the "My Purchases" section.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- If access was not provided due to a technical issue and the problem was not resolved within a reasonable time — a refund may be considered.
- If access was provided and the file was downloaded or access is active — refunds are possible only in exceptional cases at the service's discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support (email or phone) and provide:
- Email of the account from which the purchase was made
- Payment ID or payment date
- Link to the file or folder for which refund is requested
- Description of the problem or reason for refund request

5. Review Period
Refund requests are reviewed within up to 10 business days from the date of contact.
